Varsity Defeats Barrington 9-6 in their IHSHL North Central Season Opener

The Highland Park Giants Varsity Hockey Team opened up their ‘24-‘25 league play this weekend, defeating Barrington 9-6. Senior, Dylan Lansky put up a hatrick, while Freshman, Noah Engle put away the first two of his Giant career.

Seniors, Charlie Cohen and Tony Raposo tallied their first league goals of the season - while Freshman, Cole Rosenbloom tickled the twine for his first in IHSHL play. 

The Giants outshot the Broncos by 3x, with Senior, AJ Caplan, stopping 10 on 16 shots.

The Giants [1-0-0] head to Crystal Lake to face the D155 Predators [0-0-0] at 7:30 on 9/16.
